Out of Bounds
Meaningful Support for Meaningful Lives
OPPO’s Out of Bounds program is designed to help individuals with disabilities explore their community in meaningful and engaging ways, while also fostering personal growth and independence. We offer support for a wide variety of activities such as visiting parks, museums, and local attractions, going to movies and concerts, attending cultural events, and participating in volunteer opportunities that encourage a sense of purpose and responsibility. At the same time, participants have the chance to practice important life skills in real-world settings and build social connections that foster confidence and belonging. At OPPO, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals feel respected, empowered, and supported in their journey toward living a full and independent life—the Out of Bounds program is one of the many ways we make that happen.
After School Program

OPPO’s After School Program goes beyond the classroom by giving kids the chance to learn real-life skills out in the community instead of sitting through more classes. After a full day at school, kids need a break from the desk, and this program gives them just that. Whether it’s learning how to navigate stores, practice social skills, or explore fun and meaningful activities, our program helps kids grow in ways that feel natural and enjoyable. It’s a mix of learning, independence, and fun that supports each child’s development while giving them the freedom to just be a kid.
Summer Program
Adventure, Friendship, and Learning!
OPPO’s Summer Program gives kids a chance to enjoy their break with exciting adventures and hands-on experiences that feel more like fun than learning. Each day is filled with activities like exploring parks and canyons, visiting museums, attending community events, and touring places like fire stations and police departments. Along the way, kids naturally build new skills, make friends, and gain confidence all while having an unforgettable summer. It is a program where every day feels like a new adventure and every experience helps kids grow without even realizing it.
Social Skills
Empowering Independence
OPPO offers social skills classes designed to equip individuals with essential independent living skills and foster personal growth. Our program covers a wide range of practical abilities, including cooking , navigating public transportation , and effective communication. Participants also learn crucial life skills such as managing stress , self-advocacy , critical thinking , and time management. Through engaging, hands-on activities and real-world outings, we help participants develop resilience , adaptability, and self-awareness , ensuring a fun and meaningful learning experience.​​​
