Schnyeder Destine

Schnyeder has led healthcare and human services organizations for two decades. His passion for serving individuals with disabilities began early, inspired by family members. Today, he is honored to lead OPPO’s extraordinary professionals in continually elevating quality for both clients and employees—creating environments that are safe, happy, and healthy.

An industrial engineer by training, H. leverages data-driven analysis to improve business processes and ensure that OPPO continues to attract and empower extraordinary people. They are passionate about helping individuals achieve independence and integrate fully into their communities.

Executive Director  (Colorado)

Melissa Jenson 

Melissa brings over a decade of experience in the sector, with both leadership and direct care expertise. Throughout her career, she has worked intimately with high-needs individuals as a behavior therapist, group home manager, and host home provider. Her extensive background in provider management in both Utah and Colorado has equipped her with the skills to drive excellence while prioritizing person centered and quality care. As Director of Operations, Melissa is dedicated to cultivating a culture of safety, support and compassion. Melissa's experience in direct care and therapy has given her a deep understanding of those she supports, enabling her to lead with empathy and to effectively connect with individuals, providers, and families. Melissa prioritizes fostering strong relationships and collaborative solutions. She understands the importance of individualized care, especially for individuals with complex needs, believing that every person deserves equal access to high-quality services. For Melissa, this work is more than a profession – it's her life's purpose.

Vincent Vollaro

I have had the privilege of serving the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community for the past 16 years. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to creating safe, supportive, and empowering environments where every individual is encouraged to grow, thrive, and become the best version of themselves. My approach is centered on positivity, dignity, and connection. You can expect professionalism, encouragement, smiles, good times, and a team-oriented atmosphere where individuals are supported in becoming their best self while enjoying life to the fullest. I am passionate about making a lasting impact within the IDD community and continuing to advocate for services that improve quality of life for individuals and families alike.

Dina Michel

Dina has been with OPPO for 3 years now. She is a calm, supportive and a passionate member of our team. She supports the behind the scenes services of OPPO, doing billing, bookkeeping, organizing, support and really the “Jack of all trades”. She works closely with our leadership team, supports our clients and staff and is always willing to help with any task. She has a big heart and strong empathy for every aspect of the work we do here at OPPO.

Angie Salot

Angie came onboard with OPPO December 2025-with more than a decade of experience in Human Resources and Operations, her career has been rooted in supporting people through moments that matter—whether that’s navigating benefits and leaves, ensuring compliance and safety, resolving complex employee relations issues, or helping leaders build strong, compassionate teams. Throughout her work, she's been drawn to organizations that value dignity, inclusion, and person-centered care, which is exactly what led her to OPPO. OPPO’s commitment to empowering people with disabilities to live self-directed, meaningful lives deeply aligns with both her professional values and personal belief that good HR is about removing barriers so people can thrive. You'll find Angie based in the main Midvale office.

Tobi brings 34 years of healthcare experience, and holds two professional licenses: Health Facility Administrator and Therapeutic Recreation Technician. Throughout her career, Tobi has successfully led multiple teams and enjoys empowering and celebrating wins with them. Tobi enjoys golfing, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

What started as a job over two years ago, has become a passion for guiding others toward independence and confidence through employment. Sandra brings patience, understanding, and a genuine desire to see each person reach their goals. Every day, she finds purpose in empowering others to believe in themselves and take the next step toward their future.
