Supported Employment, Mentorship, Prevocational Services
Our supportive employment services empower individuals to achieve their career goals through personalized guidance and support. Our dedicated job coaches walk alongside each individual from the initial stages of volunteering and/or job searching, through the application and interview process, and into their chosen profession. We provide ongoing support, including regular check-ins during shifts, to ensure our individuals have the training, skills, and confidence needed to excel in their roles. Whether they're pursuing a passion or exploring a new interest, our team is committed to helping them succeed and thrive in their chosen line of work.
