OPPO is changing the way people think about support services.

Unlike traditional support services, OPPO provides person-centered support, focusing on capabilities over disabilities. We tailor our services to be responsive to unique needs, goals, and strengths. This approach promotes self-confidence and increases individuals' likelihood of adopting positive behaviors and life skills.

We know it takes a village and that's why OPPO offers an array of services and resources. We advocate alongside families, communities, and social workers for individuals with disabilities to receive all services and support needed to meet their unique needs and goals.

We tailor experiences to fit the proper needs with two subprograms: Adult Day Health & After School Program, Out of Bounds, and Summer Camp.

Host Home/ Life-Sharing

Host Homes provide individualized attention & support to the client in a community-integrated shared living setting. The client lives with an approved OPPO contractor as a member of the contractor's household.

Employment Support

We support individuals with disabilities in obtaining competitive, integrated employment through professional vocational counseling & guidance.

Supported Living \ Nonmedical Home Care

Services support the individual to live the most independent and self-determined life possible. This service includes variations as needed within scheduling, companionship, budgeting, transportation, & assisting in teaching & implementing life skills.
