Our Vision

Creating safe, happy & healthy opportunities

Our Mission

Attracting and empowering impactful people.

WHY OPPO?

OPPO was founded in 2011 as Reliant Services to help people find great jobs. As we found success with helping people gain meaningful employment, we branched out into providing home care to people in their homes. Since then the company has grown in essentially matching extraordinary employees with people who need help at home. In 2021, after a decade as Reliant Services, we changed our name to what we really feel like we are doing, providing opportunities to our stakeholders (employees & clients). OPPO exists so that people may have the opportunity to be safe, happy, and healthy wherever they may be. We want to close the gap between you and the opportunities ahead of you; whether you are going through rehabilitation, need some extra support at home, or in need of assistance in engaging your community. OPPO works with the Department of Health, Division of People with Special Needs, Workforce Services, and many insurance companies. Contact us now to see how we can help you with opportunities to be safe, happy, and healthy.

WHY THE NAME CHANGE?

After a decade since the founding of the company, Reliant Services has become so much more than what it was founded as. OPPO encompasses all that we were and so much more that we aim to be in helping people be safe, happy, and healthy. We aim to be a bridge for people and opportunities. We want our name to remind us and you of this aim. If you want to help people with work life, home life, healthcare, and rehabilitation, we have OPPOrtunities for you to do that here. If you want a better job, to stay at your home (with varying assistance), to access your community and beyond in ways you’ve only dreamed of, our employees will provide the support for those OPPOrtunities.
